If a Product offered by the Website is not as described, the Company will only be liable to refund the full amount of the purchase subject to the product being returned in an unused, unsoiled and resale condition.

Our objective is to provide you with as much information and detail about your prospective purchase as possible so that you can see the beauty and shape of a particular item. In compliance with industry standards and BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) regulations,NJPL states that product total weight in all purchases may vary 0.05 grams from stated weight.

On the Site, we may provide the measurement of our products based on our manufacturing specifications. Slight tolerances may be accounted for based on finishing during the manufacturing.

For diamond jewellery set with multiple shape and size, we provide the minimum total carat weight for the piece. Color and clarity grades are expressed as either a minimum or an average depending on the number of diamonds. If stated as a minimum, all diamonds within the piece are at or above the stated quality. If expressed as an average, collectively the quality is equal to or exceeds the grade stated.

PAN CARD proof is mandatory for orders above Rs. 200,000. Order will be cancelled if the customer fails to produce the same.

Mostly all of our jewellery is custom made by our goldsmiths, therefore, please allow up to minimum 14 - 21 working days for the jewellery (depending on the type of jewellery) to be dispatched after receiving cleared payments. The delivery date mentioned on the website is a tentative date based on major cities and primary locations. Deliveries to suburban areas and interiors of India may take more time.

• Products are shipped post receipt of full payment against the order
• We make sure that all the parcels are perfectly boxed and wrapped with security tapes when they are dispatched from our order-processing unit. However, we cannot ensure the handling and damage caused in transit, if any, by courier companies before reaching you. We urge you, therefore, to NOT accept any damaged or tampered shipments as it will then be the responsibility of the recipient in case any product is missing.
• We urge you to prepare a video of the unboxing of your shipment for security purposes.

Delivery Location:

• Orders can be delivered to only Residential and Commercial Locations The delivery of the orders cannot be made to any public places like Malls, Hotels, Restaurants, Hostels or nearby streets etc.
• If at all the recipient is unavailable during the time of delivery, the Courier Company will make 3 attempts to deliver the product. In case the recipient is still not reachable/ available, the same will be returned to our office from where the product has been dispatched. Reshipping charges henceforth will be borne by the client
• We will not be responsible for orders collected directly from the delivery hub or anywhere outside the delivery address

Shipment Tracking:

• Shipping is absolutely free to all locations across India at the Pin-codes mentioned
• We have partnered with top shipping experts like BVC logistics who we believe are our "partners in customer commitment."
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail from NJPL containing your tracking number and a link to the website's order-tracking page. You can also check the status of your order once it has been shipped by visiting the website of our logistics partner and following the instructions by using your tracking number. Your tracking number can be found in the e-mail confirming shipment of your order or within the Order Status page on www.nikhaar.net

Recipient Identification:

• Customers will have to enter the correct details of the Consignee / Recipient Name (as it is stated in their photo identification that is approved by the Government) with complete Address, nearby landmark, pin code and contact number for hassle-free delivery.
• For your protection, all orders require a signature upon delivery, regardless of any signature waiver on file.
• In case of purchases of Gold coins/Bars the name on the Card used for making the payment, the Photo ID of the cardholder & the buyers' name mentioned in the order should be the same.
• We require the Photo ID proof (soft copy) to be sent to us for all gold coins/bars that are set for delivery at NJPL. The order will be processed only after the ID proof is received.
• In a case where a card has been used to make the payment but does not belong to the purchaser, the photo ID of both the cardholder and the non-card holder will have to be submitted.
• Following Identity proofs will be accepted:
• Passport
• PAN Card
• Driving License
• Voters ID
• Aadhar Card

For any customer request that entails handing over the parcel or delivery to a third person, an email confirmation for the same will be required from the buyer for the authorization of the person in question, along with his/her photo ID.

7 Day Exchange and Money Back policy:

NJPL offers a hassle-free 7 day exchange and money back policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we will happily provide you with a 100% Exchange or refund on the Invoice value. You can return any of our products except for Non Exchangeable products and Gold Coins within 7 days of receiving the product. The value of the product being returned should not exceed Rs.1, 00,000/-. Anything above Rs 1 lakh should be exchanged at the store

Lifetime Exchange:

NJPL offers Lifetime Exchange for all products. If at any point of time you want to Exchange or Upgrade the product, we will happily offer you with an Exchange as below:

• Jewellery products consisting of studded Diamonds having

Diamonds (20 cents & above): 100% exchange/upgrade of diamond value on same shape/size. The refund value of the solitaire will be decided at the time of resale/refund depending on the prevailing market value. It should be accompanied with Invoice & original certificate

Diamonds below 20 cents : 100 % of diamond value on exchange/ upgrade & 85% of diamond value on the sold rate for resale/refund

Uncut diamonds : 100% of diamond value on exchange/upgrade subject to same shape & size 85% fo diamond value on SOLD rate for resale/refund

The gold in any studded/plain gold product or gold coins will be taken as per the day’s buying price in both exchange/refund after the removal of stones/enamel etc.

• In all cases, the current market value determined by NJPL will be FINAL.

How to Return/Exchange a product?:

To return a product, follow our three step process:

1. Get your return Authorization Code

Call our customer service executive at 9448488080 or email at nikhaar@gmail.com and you will be given a Return Authorization Code and a Return Kit would be sent to your address.

2. Pack Your Product

Pack your product securely along with the invoice and certificate that was delivered with the product. If the certificate is not returned, you may be liable for the cost of re-certification.

3. Ship your Package

We recommend contacting our Customer Service team to receive assistance and suggested methods to return your purchase. Handover the securely packed item with the return address label and the shipping declaration to the logistic person. Once your returned item is received our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item. Any items that show signs of wear or have been altered, resized (by a jeweller other than NJPL), or damaged cannot be accepted for 100%return. NJPL Reserves the rights to refund and refund can be claimed only if you satisfy the following conditions:

The exchange, return and money back policies are subject to terms & conditions as mentioned below.

• Customized Jewellery which includes personalized/engraved products /ordered in line with specific instructions from Customer is not eligible for return/money back. Gold Coins are eligible for money back only at our stores.
• You will receive complimentary return shipping for all eligible products for return/money back within the 7 Day Exchange policy (Online). Shipping charges for all other returns/exchange/money back is subject shall be borne by Customer.
• Product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice for all returns/exchange/money back within the 7 Day period. Submission of Invoice shall be compulsory for all Exchange/Money back after the 7 Day Exchange Period.
• In case the customer cannot produce the original certificate ,NJPL will send the diamond to the Lab for recertification. The shipping cost and the cost of certification shall be borne by the customer.
• The return/money back amount will be as determined by our team at NJPL In case, any Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes are used during the original purchase, the amount will be reduced by the amount equivalent to the Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes.
• For all Money Back transaction
• In case of Money back, the payment shall be made by way of an account payee cheque within 7 days of receipt of product along with Certificate and Invoice subject to quality confirmation and acceptance. In case of a refund on 7 Day Money-Back, payment of the refund amount shall be done via online bank transfer to the customer's bank account within 10 days of receipt of the product.
• NJPL reserves the right to change the exchange/money back price of the product based on the Quality Inspection.
• In case of exchange, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the valuation of the old product before dispatch.
• For the 7 day Exchange/Return policy, if the product is purchased at a discounted price under any promotion, then NJPL will only refund the discounted price as per the invoice.
• The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by NJPL and accept our decision regarding the returns policy.
• Disputes of any nature will come under BANGALORE-India jurisdiction. In case the exchanged value is lesser than the value of the old product, the difference will be refunded in case of a 7 Day exchange, but if it's a Lifetime Exchange then the difference will be held as a credit for future purchase.
